Pros

Big company with a name known world-wide. Great systems and sister companies to partner with.

Cons

Management and Executives in the IT staffing division (Managing Directors, Regional Directors, Regional VP's and Division President) are just not very good people managers. Nice guys personally. They talk a good game but evidently they have no real understanding of their business because when your producer's leave so does some of your business. The staffing business runs on the producer's relationships with their candidates, consultants and clients. When you make life unbearable for the producer's (sales people and recruiters) they leave. No matter how well management scrambles to try and save the business, some of the business will follow those that leave.

Work-life balance can vary depending on client demands and busy periods. Large organization can sometimes make decision-making feel slow. Advancement opportunities may depend on location and business needs.
