Pros
Close to home. The management team was very understanding of work/life balance. Compensation was a little below average but you could live off it.
Cons
Management did not communicate well at all. Whether it be about internal situations or new initiatives, they always kept sales in the dark. Not a great total compensation package. Commissions were very weak. A good place to start a B2B career.
