Pros
Training was very good. Co-workers are fun and professional. Health benefits are decent.
Cons
Micro-managed. Metrics driven. Very high turn over. Would only hire young good looking recent college grads. Laid off highest paid employees, even with high turnover. Everyone is running scared and looking to get out. Me included.
