      Pros

      I love it here. As long as I perform at and above expectations, I am treated like an adult. No micro-managing, no dirty looks. My colleagues are all highly professional and are experts in their respective fields, and they make me look good. It's like running my own business. It's certainly not perfect here, but it's the closest thing to perfect for me that I can imagine.

      Cons

      Not great with junior people because it can be a bit unstructured. Has never been a problem for me personally, though.

      Good management, good teams, it's great while it lasts

      time off accrual was slow, once the contract ends, you're kind of out of luck

      Pros

      My manager was super supportive, kind, and a great leader. Working from home allowed me next level flexibility and incentivized me to work harder. Always got shoutouts in meeting for good performance.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low to begin with and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period.
