      The work environment is relaxed. Every month they try to have a social with co workers to get to know each other.

      Cons

      There is not a real training process in place, it just figure things out as you go. Management is not very professional, but expect you to be professional.

      Super helpful, at first. But don't expect that to last.

      Cons

      Poor communication with recruiters, even at the senior level. Having worked in corporate America for 10+ years, this organization is lacking much needed leadership.
