Pros
Thorough training to carry out tasks and h&s taken very seriously. Nice clean environment to work in. Good bonuses and benefits such as gym and discounted travel and tickets etc.
Cons
Bullying on the shop floor is rife and not dealt with. At least 3 people left during my time there due to being bullied and not taken seriously. Permanent contracts are given on a time served basis regardless of how commited to the job or not you are. No progression unless your face fits. No security as you're kept on a 3-6 month contract for up to 4 years.
