      All positions are remote. Work life is very flexible.

      Communication from leadership is minimal and mainly about the financial health of the company. Culture has lost the human touch.

      Company is transitioning from a lifestyle business to something that is really exciting. Team is more like a startup than a publicly traded company. Lots of excitement and growth potential.

      Cons

      Having to worry about EBITDA margins when the company is more like a growth stage startup handicaps it a bit.
