      mostly friendly co-workers, flexible hours, company has a vision for the most part, industry growth potential is high

      Cons

      management cares only about stock price and only pretends to care about workers, leadership takes credit for wins, blames losses on workers, huge pay disparity, almost no women in management, favoritism is rampant
