-They changed our health insurance in September effective Oct 1st and have to keep it until 2027 -They didnt communicate properly -The first two holidays to go was Martin Luther King and Juneteenth -When we pushed back they gave us back Martin Luther King -No diversity in management that is Director or higher -They will talk about all this money they are making but won't give any bonuses - They took away unlimited PTO -There is NOTHING separating Reserv from other companies now hence why I left
