      - technology based, so it is a fast change environment. Some people may find this overwhelming

      Working from home Work load is manageable

      Cons

      Work place isn’t supportive. Unable to have work friend connections without manger interference. Do not appreciate forward thinking. Do not keep to promises.

      Fully remote, opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      -They changed our health insurance in September effective Oct 1st and have to keep it until 2027 -They didnt communicate properly -The first two holidays to go was Martin Luther King and Juneteenth -When we pushed back they gave us back Martin Luther King -No diversity in management that is Director or higher -They will talk about all this money they are making but won't give any bonuses - They took away unlimited PTO -There is NOTHING separating Reserv from other companies now hence why I left
