Work from home, and fully remote very flexible in that way.

High turn over or maybe a lot of people and departments have been let go so it doesn’t provide the feeling of job security, everyone is quickly and easily replaceable, lack of training for new hires which does not set them up for success in a very high metrics environment. Good for someone just starting out and doesn’t know any better. Would not leave a stable company for them.
