Pros

Bright co-workers, nice office, work from home options. Decent salary for the industry and moderately interesting projects.

Cons

Managing Director is toxic and should have been fired years ago. Literally a laundry list of fireable offenses that have been ignored. Morale is low and the environment is cruel. Management should keep their personal business to themselves and not burden staff with their marital troubles. It's a professional work environment-keep it in your pants.

Pros

Results for Development is a fantastic organization that truly prioritizes working with local agents of change to drive progress in nutrition, health, and education. The organization genuinely believes that understanding the local context is essential for designing appropriate, sustainable, and impactful solutions.

Cons

One area for improvement is ensuring that local change agents are fully involved in the design and conception of projects, rather than being engaged primarily as consultants during implementation. Meaningful co-creation from the outset would strengthen ownership, relevance, and sustainability
