Good staff, too much to do

Pros

Colleagues are smart, passionate and in general kind. People are friendly and approachable from the CEO to all the different country offices.

Cons

Even with the move towards globally connected, too much centralized decision-making, in a difficult sector context, business development has to happen on your own time, people have left and haven’t been replaced meaning there’s a lot of overwhelm. Room for career progression has shrunk in recent years.

Really smart and high-achieving colleagues who care about their work. Approachable leadership.

Cons

Many teams feel under resourced and the ask for staff to be entrepreneurial stretches staff even further. The pay is also not the best, the pay bands are outdated and annual salary increments are too small.
