Teams need upgrading, poor training, poor mid-level managers - Associate Roche Employee Review

Pros

Good hybrid model, great office, good benefits, overall good culture, but actual work life has many issues

Cons

Poor training, unclear employment description. Manager is so busy, has no time for new hires, sometimes don't see or get to speak to the manager for weeks. Some teams are stuck doing things in an inefficient way (my team still takes faxed forms...), seeking to make their jobs seem more complicated than it is. Many teams can be shrunk using proper software and AI which would get rid of redundant work. Lots of bottlenecks when using external, international teams. They kind of want you to appear and sound more busy and important than you actually are.
