      Pros

      There is a lot of resources for anyone who wants to learn and develop new skills no matter where you are in your career. One gets a lot of global and regional exposure. Good work environment, friendly colleagues, but can be very competitive and challenging for some.

      Cons

      High expectation on performance so one needs to work smart and adapt quickly.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
