Pros
The one thing that really stuck to me was how much the management cared about the idividuals within the company. Everyone was so team oriented and wanted to ensure that every person was able to continue to grow and develop within the company. Whether it was a family issue outside of work, or a work related reason, I knew that if I went to Joe with an issue that he would take the time and sit down with me and actually find a way to help. Everyone as a whole made me feel welcomed and inviting, I wish my time here couldve been longer but due to personnal reasons I had to sadly resign. I truley feel like if I would have stayed with RockFish I would have excelled.
Cons
Honestly, if overcommunicating is bad to some people then that might be it. All in all it was a great experience.
