Pros
- The employee benefits package is incomparable. - (from my experience) You get to work with a diverse group of people who are professional, supportive, and just great overall. - Good work-life balance in my department/team.
Cons
- HR support and onboarding is not on par with the company's standards. - a lot of restructuring that gives employees a sense of insecurity or instability in work. It gives a message that "no matter how good you are and how much you devote yourself to work, you are disposable". - it could be a con for some people, but from being fully remote and "flexible" the company now requires people to report to the office for at least 2-3x a week.
