      No regard for safety, project managers care more about projects than employee regardless of weather conditions, equipment conditions, personal life. No work life balance, Expected to do work over weekends, Rarely compensated for overtime.

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
