      Pros

      I guess the pros are those that all big companies have: fixed salaries and it is rather difficult to get fired. At least in Europe.

      Cons

      Management is relatively poor. The environment is not the best among colleagues. They are not many career opportunities and it is stressful.

      Clean safe work environment. Ample parking. Coworkers are friendly.

      Cons

      Poor management. Some managers lack competence to do their jobs. Management not transparent. Poor work life balance. Mandatory overtime for production employees. Lack of adequate training.
