Pros

Pay and benefits - pay $0 a month out of pocket for health insurance and there's a good company match

Cons

Poor direction from management. Disconnect between Korea and US caused constant tension. Korean Business Managers assigned to various divisions are basically spies and everything ultimately goes through them. No work life balance and majority of day spent updating spreadsheets - and they don't allow ChatGPT, Claude, etc to assist with work when it would make work so much easier. Firedrills every day. Recently asked every employee to task out their entire work week and the spreadsheet had to be at least 40 hours. Micromanaged and constant fear of retaliation from upper management. Very little pathways to grow within company but great place to build resume and find a job elsewhere

Cons

One of the main challenges we faced was that decision-making became significantly harder due to the requirement for influence from top management. This top-down approach often led to delays and uncertainty, making it difficult for us to make timely and effective decisions in our operations
