Pros

Good Salaries and Excellent Health Insurance

Cons

I worked at Samsung close to a year and was very happy that I do not any more! The general sentiment here is negative. Groups of people from the same country of origin work as a fraternity. Titles have no respect or relevant meanings. Try to change the status quo and you will be punished by the panicked and insecure management. Here, the word leadership is used very loosely without even knowing its principles. The environment is very toxic and the tasks are intense and repetitive in nature with no true career advancement. HR does not seem to care about any of the malpractices that many others seem to have spoken here on Glassdoor despite their responses suggesting contrary. Avoid joining Samsung Networks if you are smart: it will be a backwards step in your career.

Cons

One of the main challenges we faced was that decision-making became significantly harder due to the requirement for influence from top management. This top-down approach often led to delays and uncertainty, making it difficult for us to make timely and effective decisions in our operations
