Better corporate culture than in many other companies in Korea. Accommodation support for foreign employees. A big number of foreign employees and special programs for better work environment.
Cons
Outdated IT infrastructure, very conventional approach to work, lack of innovation, unclear responsibilities. Strong top-down control and compliance work style. No motivation and appreciation towards innovation within a team.
