Where to begin? Zero leadership, strategy, culture and values, extreme micro management and complete disempowerment, complete lack of trust in employees, very hierarchical, systems and processes that are decades old, unusable and work against you, people and teams that actively work against you, only “yes” people remain whilst all the good staff are pushed or leave, not a place for growth, the ONLY thing that matters is short term sales/revenue growth, absolutely no thought for future sustainable growth, more is more, more sales promotions, more discounts, MORE!
