- Very advance in technology - Very secure job ... they dont fire anyone in any case - Better pay structure, decent benefits - Brand
Cons
- Full of morons, particularly at the middle management layer - Work culture is dictated by no of hrs worked, not by quality. - Dynamically changing requirements, not a company to make long term carrier with - Great on site policy is now screwed up ... No benefits there.
