      Pros

      Supportive, nice people for the most part. A healthy bit of turnover as well as tenure so you get exposure to lots of experience as well as diverse perspectives. Great benefits. A good place to start or end you career.

      Cons

      Some teams are extremely toxic. Market access and medical outcomes are terrible. The sales teams, FRMs, and MSLs teams are all pretty nice from my experience.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
