Pros
Great compensation package when you consider the car, gas, bonuses, trips, and 401k match dollar for dollar. As well as the 4 weeks paid vacation with a company shut-down during Christmas and New Years. Some managers really care about their employees. Good team morale at times.
Cons
A lot of micro-managing from upper level management Job security is nonexistent which causes additional stress Layoffs were done the week of Thanksgiving! Laying off employees during the holidays is inconsiderate and overwhelming. The products available now are not as strong as previous years. The blockbusters are gone to generics Limited budgets to promote with in-office lunches, etc. Limited room for advancement
