Pros
There is a strong sense of teamwork. Senior management works hard to communicate issues to all employees. Management is continuously striving for improvement and is open to employee ideas. You do feel like you make a difference.
Cons
The site is growing at a phenomenal pace. They are not able to fill the positions as quickly as hoped which is creating some growing pains. People are overworked but the outlook does look like it will improve in the next few years.
