Pros
I am approaching 10 years in the business and think Savills is a great place to work, whatever stage you are at in your career. I feel that loyalty is rewarded the team culture is very much something that makes me look forward to coming into the office. Savills offers the ability to take on extra responsibilities / extracurricular activities if wanted, including events, sports, internal working groups and boards, which all help to grow your network, experience and profile.
Cons
I think some departments are better to work in than others, and line manager can massively impact your day-to-day experience as a Savills employee. However, I do think that moving internally seems relatively straightforward.
