MNC but family business - Manager Sea Consortium Employee Review

It used to be just an sme, local family business style. Then there came a drastic 'business transformation' (the badly planned type - imagine having transformation but not willing to pay for business assessment, patch work). Alot of departure including department heads. We are now working full OT till Saturday or even Sunday.
