Acquisition will ruin “enterprise” - Anonymous employee Secureworks Employee Review

I have had more leadership changes in 10 months than I did in 4 years at other companies. Your customers are starting to count the number of different employees they meet. Product integrations are being pushed back 6-12 months minimum. Company is not enterprise ready and not sure what Sophos was told but there is not many customers who pay us big money. Mostly mid market and smb. Mid market and smb will do well now with Sophos but enterprise will suffer bad. They took territories down from states/regions to just metro areas without adjusting the quotas. They believe Sophos will help, it won’t.
