Great remote-friendly company to work for. Experimentation culture very supported and encouraged by CEO and senior management. I've only been here a few months but so far everyone's been super helpful and welcoming. Good perks in EU (private health insurance & budget for healthy lifestyle activities). Company gives a lot of freedom for creative and out of the box projects. At Semrush you really feel you have a global impact. Super happy to be working here!

Honestly, none yet. I've read a couple of comments about the company being predominantly Russian and tough to get used to for non-Russian colleagues but honestly, I do not speak Russian and all the colleagues I work with communicate in English and never made any issue out of it. The CEO recently also made a push in the company all hands to use English as main company language which has also been very well received.
