      Pros

      Semrush has a suite of very strong products and a highly skilled, motivated team. There’s a strong culture of trust and flexibility, where you’re can lead initiatives, own projects, and make an impact. Great environment if you enjoy autonomy and want to grow fast.

      Cons

      The environment changes constantly – new priorities, processes can appear any day. It requires a veeery high level of adaptability to stay comfortable. Also, the pace and workload can blur all the lines between work and life.

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
