There are many cases where directors have no direct reports since they have been pushed around from team-to-team. • Culture is disappearing quickly. The culture in which everyone feels valued, everyone has a voice, friendly people who are excited be at ServiceNow, teams working with other teams are things of the past. • Business Units work in silos and there is lot’s of overlap and wasted effort. • 4 billion by 2020 doesn’t seem achievable based on the growth patterns discussed in All Hands. • Best talent leaves around 4 years after RSUs vest.
