      Pros

      Pay is decent, Cafeteria food ok, A few nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Hostile staff RNs unwelcoming to new RNs - too busy sitting on their phones to help you when needed. Park in an offsite parking lot- takes too much time to walk to enter hospital, RN Managers and CNAs could care less about helping you transition onto the unit.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
