Pros
Good pay, good benefits, 9-80 work schedule, a strong emphasis is placed on learning and development. Only somewhat political work environment. Most co-workers are hard-working and extremely competent.
Cons
Some facilities have poor work environments (dirty old offices). Bonus structure creates environment where people often put too much effort in the highest profile and not the most important tasks.
