Pros
Flexibility with working hours, good benefits package, lots of nice people. Vast company with operations in many countries and occasional opportunity to travel. Can be reimbursed for successfully attaining exams / professional qualifications.
Cons
Can be heavy workload at peak reporting times but this is mitigated but TOIL and understanding of work life balance. Salaries can be inhibited by structure of the pay review system; if you develop new skills or gain accreditation with a professional body you will not be remunerated to the same level as if you already had the qualification when you joined.
