Pros
- Company cares about the employees' safety (and these are not just empty words) - It's hard to find a company culture and work environment as good as Shell - Leaders encourage work-life balance but OT is sometimes inevitable (for some processes) specially during month end close - Good HMO package
Cons
- Basic salary is not that competitive - Limited room for movement to different processes
