      Work-life balance. Senior management is approachable.

      Cons

      LITERALLY EVERYTHING depends on your line manager. Leading to buttering and unnecessary show of power. Pay is okay. Depends on seniority and not on merit. Lot of office politics. Ones who yap a lot get promotion. Networking is a necessity.
