miserable - Sales Assistant Shell Employee Review

There are people working 8 and 10 hours without a break. Those who work the morning shift always get a break, but those who work the afternoon and evening shifts don't. There is no communication other than through a WhatsApp group. We don't have any benefits as workers, things are very expensive and we don't even get discounts. There are no minimum conditions for taking a meal from home and eating it. Some colleagues lack personal hygiene and lack it in their work.
