Pros

- Great culture with good work-life balance and consistent sensitivity to the people impact of decisions - Very supportive, friendly team - there is always a helping hand to answer questions and help get things done - Fun atmosphere with a good balance of work & play - Tremendous opportunity for growth & advancement - free BetterUp coaching for leaders, continual Lunch & Learn and internal training opportunities, etc. There are many internal promotions within and across departments, more than any other company I've seen so far in my career - Great benefits and generous time off policies - Flexible work from home/in-office policy with emphasis on employee choice - Many opportunities to have a real impact as the company grows and implements product, system and process initiatives

Cons

- The company is growing very fast and implementing a lot of initiatives to support that, so those who dislike working in a fast-paced environment or one that's not already very structured may find that a challenge!

Pros

Great work life balance and vacation time....

Cons

Many internal issues and felt like this last round of layoffs was to protect inadequate leaders vs hardworking employees. I understand companies do layoffs but this just felt like Senior management trying to protect themselves because they aren't doing an effective job. I really think there are some issues with the leadership team and it probably needs an overhaul. There was never any strategy from product outside of one small area. The rest of the business was left without any guidance or support. I really think the US/UK shared services model does not work. The UK and US just are entirely different markets and the UK at the end of the day doesn't really care about the US nor move as quickly.
