Pros

Great colleagues and some good benefits offered.

Cons

Ridiculously strict on the working from home policy. Must attend the office 2 days per week or 8 days a month. If you take 2 weeks holidays you have to make the days up and go in 8 days over 2 weeks.

Following the pandemic, we have been careful to gradually evolve expectations to ensure we are being as fair as possible. While we appreciate that we all have different preferences, to us visiting our hubs 8 times a month feels like the right balance of allowing our people to retain a level of flexibility, whilst also giving us the chance to frequently come together. Specifically relating to your annual leave example, we’d encourage you to review our internal resources as there may be a mismatch in your experience vs. our intentions. Pros

Great work life balance and vacation time....

Cons

Many internal issues and felt like this last round of layoffs was to protect inadequate leaders vs hardworking employees. I understand companies do layoffs but this just felt like Senior management trying to protect themselves because they aren't doing an effective job. I really think there are some issues with the leadership team and it probably needs an overhaul. There was never any strategy from product outside of one small area. The rest of the business was left without any guidance or support. I really think the US/UK shared services model does not work. The UK and US just are entirely different markets and the UK at the end of the day doesn't really care about the US nor move as quickly.
