      Pros

      If you want to work for company who has backwards thinking. Underappericative of their American counter parts. Takes over you life for minimum pay.this is the company for you. This company seems on the service you be fresh and hip which on the sur face it is but deep down its twisted and mismanaged and backwards. The Germans who run the show have no clue how the American market works or how to treat or interact with their American counterparts or clientele. You will be passed up on all and every promotion you have inquired about . There is no stability even if their head quarters it's revolving door . No communication. You find things out after they have been implemented.

      Cons

      They hire people fresh out of college with no work or life experience . They hire good people as they are great at selling this job but they lose every last one of them do to professional and micromanagement as well underappericative actions.

However, Sixt US has built a talented team at the branch and headquarter levels to foster creativity that will help us increase profitability and continue to succeed in this new market.       It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Cons

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
