We have made a lot of changes so far with this location that have expanded across the U.S. and we hope to implement more of your ideas in the future. We want you to continue to provide us with your feedback. The best ideas come from our customers and employees that are living the Sixt life everyday and we are appreciative that you value our business enough to voice your opinions. Even though the results may not come quickly, know that we are working to expand these ideas on a larger level and this takes time.
In the past year we have moved Sixt FLL to a larger branch, expanded our return area, Build a covered overhang for our CSA's, upgraded our uniforms, and implemented a customer service rating score for the CSA's completed easily by the customer via text. We are excited to announce new changes in the coming months as well!
