      Deal with a lot of entitled customers, Micromanaging, NO ROOM TO MOVE UP if you do not have a degree

We did want to make you aware of many of the opportunities that are available to our employees and candidates at Sixt that have not yet earned their Bachelor’s Degree. While it is a requirement for our Management Trainee Program and some management positions, there are several different paths that you can take that do not require a degree.       It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
