      HR Management is Horrible. Not in touch. Pay is not competitive. Managers not in touch

We always want to make sure our branches are not only clean for our customers, but for our employee's well being as well. We also make flexible schedules available in order to best accommodate the branches and the employees. Since this review was posted, we have new HR leaders who would be happy to help you out. Our pay structure is on par with the industry as we offer base plus commission for sales roles. Thanks for your feedback.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
