      Opportunity to grow and challenge yourself Managers instill trust and responsibility in employees which allows them to take on projects and make impact Working around incredibly smart and talented individuals Amazing benefits

      Lots of ambiguity and little process or structure around things Unclear metrics and performance evaluation criteria for recruiters Comp could be better when comparing same role to what other competitors pay

      - most people are kind and nice to work with - good food and benefits - decent pay

      Cons

      - egos and competition depending on team due to performance structure - low bar for talent in some functions like product and design - incompetent leadership
