The training process is flawed / non existent. Companies with clean room facilities usually expect new employees to be briefed on health and safety and given an overall picture of the production process. Instead new employees are put into clean room environment with no formal induction program and are briefly shown a process. The employees are then expected to get on with the task.The performance is immediately tracked using an electronic monitoring system where within a few days they expected to be fully up to speed and work rates are scrutinised.
