3yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The headline of your review really sums up some of the best parts of Sovos (in my opinion.) The ability for our employees to learn and grow, either through training, internal mobility or other means, is so important to me. You are right that support can be a tough department in our busy seasons. We take our commitment to our clients very seriously and end of year can be very busy. I am very sorry to hear that you feel like our Executive leaders do not take your concerns seriously or show support. I can only speak for myself, but know my peers echo this, when I say emphatically say that is not true. Our mission is to improve people's way of life, and that starts with our own employees. While we certainly must weigh the needs of our customers when we make decisions, we make all of our decisions with our employees in mind. If there is something you feel strongly about, or that you don't understand the "why" of, I would love to share more 1:1. My door is always open.
