Thank you for your feedback. I agree with you, our flexible time off policy is great. Work life balance is so important. I understand your frustration about disorganization between teams. Sovos is a very highly matrixed organization where teams work cross-functionally with frequency. Sometimes that can make things feel more complex or complicated than necessary. However, there are many very compelling reasons why we chose this model. It allows for diverse skill development, increased opportunities for collaboration and networking, greater exposure to leadership, empowerment for employees, a truly global perspective as well as career opportunities. Which is why I am surprised to hear that you found limited opportunities for advancement. Close to 25% of all of our open roles in FY23 were filled internally. I wish you had spoken to me about some of your concerns directly, but I wish you the best of luck as you move forward.
