Hello and thank you for leaving a review! We are an organisation built to help people kickstart their careers in tech - predominantly this means helping someone to get their first job out of uni/college, return to work after a break, or change careers altogether. Our salaries are above average for those starting careers, above industry average for those with no experience, and reflect the large investment we make in every individual to give them access to free and paid training. That being said, our salaries are still competitive, we are an approved living wage employer, and Spartans receive pay rises every six months dependent on performance. After two years with us, Spartans achieve an average salary of £30-50k!
